Notes from the Final Tour Meeting

As we come down the home stretch, here are some notes from tonight's final tour meeting:

• T-shirts, final itineraries and luggage tags were distributed.
• Singers will be permitted one checked piece of luggage per person. Try to keep it to 40lbs or less. Remember, you'll be carrying your own luggage throughout the tour.
• Euros are available at the AAA downtown, if you want to have cash on hand until you can get to an ATM.
• For clothing, remember-- no tank tops or spaghetti straps. Khaki pants (or capris) will be needed. Have at least one set of good clothes - but not formal. For example, ladies: a dress or nice skirt, guys: nice shirt and tie (6/14 update: no sport coat needed).
• There is a 3oz limit on any liquids in your carry-on bags, and the containers must be placed in a 1 quart zip-loc bag. Here's the whole list of permitted and prohibited items in carry-on and checked luggage.
• If you have problems with the dry air on planes, Jan suggests saline nasal spray and soy face mist.
• You MUST turn in a medical form, if you have not done so already.
