This morning we were able to sleep in as our departure from Knoxville was not until 10 am. As we headed down the highway and the interstate signs indicated North, we knew our trip was nearing an end. The free will offering from Hilton Head provided all of us another paid lunch today. As we saw the Cincinnati skyline in the distance and crossed the Ohio River back into our home State we reflected on our journey and all the States and places we had been. On the agenda tonight was a concert at the Westminster Presbyterian Church in Dayton Ohio. The congregation provided us with a tasty dinner. We were so happy when Natalie arrived to join us for the last performance of our tour. This beautiful church provided the perfect backdrop to hear our four seniors for the last time. As always it was an emotional experience with many tears flowing. After the concert we left with our host families and many of us wound up at the local ice cream establishment. On behalf of Dr. and Mrs. Jacobs, Bob and Connie Mollard and Ed and Cristina Zukowski, thank you for sharing your daughters and sons with us these past eleven days. We sang, learned about other areas of our country and became closer friends. In less than 24 hours we will see you back in Akron.
